Neighbourhood Houses Barwon enagaged ODW to present at their regional conference in a set of both lecture and close workshop to help inform and advise the network on AI use and policy.
The Problem
Neighbourhood Houses Barwon were wanting to address AI use across their network and recognised the lack of internal expertise to properly manage the task.

A scheduled conference created an opportunity to have all 24 managers present to engage with the topic on multiple levels.
Solution
A 2 part workshop was developed. ODW delivered an overview of AI in today's professional administrative workflows, detailed how NFP's across Australia are using it and where the challenges in the near-future lie. The second session was a group workshop, discussing practical skills development and ethical concerns with AI integration with sensitive work.
